The difficulties logistics companies are having in hiring on-the-ground personnel has reached crisis levels, but we want to achieve continued improvement (kaizen) by adding Sustainability to our indices of Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

flux avance has run the Tokorozawa Distribution Center since its establishment in October 2019, the Soka Distribution Center since March 2021, and the Fukushima Ohiraki Distribution Center since November 2021.

The name “flux avance” comes from the French words “flux” meaning “flow, distribute,” and “avance,” meaning “advance, progress, advanced.” It incorporates our desire for continued kaizen. In addition, as the difficulties logistics companies are having in hiring on-the-ground personnel has reached crisis levels, we emphasize the following four management areas to achieve SCM for the Group as a whole.

Quality: Always maintain high quality and respond and improve when issues arise.
Cost: Keep the rising costs of distribution, a social situation, down through kaizen.
Delivery: Always meet the deadlines and delivery status in the Service Level Agreement.
Sustainability: Create organizations and systems, and train human resources who have logistics skills, to that we can continue our business activities.
