We will do our best to be somewhere customers can feel peace of mind, focused on our community pharmacy business.

With a head office in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, we run a number of businesses, starting with our pharmacy business that is now in its 39th years, as well as a nursing care business, childcare business, and medical mall development business. In addition to pharmacists, we have staff who are qualified as registered dietitians, OTC-Medicine Counselors, care managers, nurses, caregivers, judo therapists, and childcare teachers. We are constructing a system of liaisons between various trades in order to provide high quality medical and nursing services to our customers and patients. We are constructing a network that responds to local needs based in the Kobe-Osaka area. In particular, as our dominant strategy to hold the region, we are developing medical malls through one of our Group companies, MedicalPlus Co., Ltd.

In our pharmacy business, we aim to enhance our health support functions with a focus on prescription dispensing, home healthcare and self-medication, creating pharmacies that meet the full range of needs of local residents from prevention and pre-symptomatic ailments to treatment. We have offered healthy lifestyles to local residents for many years. We run nutrition consultation sessions by registered dietitians and health seminars to improve knowledge of illness and medication, and have been working as a neighborhood pharmacist and pharmacy that offers casual but reliable consultations. As pharmacies become increasingly differentiated in terms of functions, such as community pharmacies and pharmacies linked to specialist medical institutions, we will continue to improve our services to tailor them for each person, such as telephone follow-ups after taking medication. In the field of home care as well, where we are one of the pioneers, we have also evolved to play a role in multidisciplinary cooperation within the regional comprehensive care system. We offer personalized attention to suit varying needs, including those of facilities and individual homes, providing support to ensure that people can live out their lives in their own way, with peace of mind in their familiar areas.

We respond flexibly to the needs born from lifestyle changes, hoping to serve as a local pharmacy that can manage medications when someone falls ill, and provide support to ensure people remain healthy.

In our nursing care business, we run Walking Rehabilitation Daycare Service Sanpo, providing support to those who want to be able to walk but cannot, such as those discharged from hospital but are still in their recovery period. In our childcare business, we run the Maitamon Kirara Nursery School, which is a small licensed nursery school with the motto of nurturing the sensibilities of children up to three years old. We intend to do our best to build on the trust we have gained over the years and give our customers even greater peace of mind, valuing the "people-to-people relationship" that is in our management philosophy, and based on being a community pharmacy for the people in the community.
